History

Structural Systems Technology, Inc. is a Virginia Corporation that has been designing and constructing towers and related facilities worldwide for over 30 years. The corporation has professional engineers licensed to practice structural engineering in the State of Virginia, as well as numerous other states.

Structural Systems Technology, Inc. designs, supplies and installs communication structures, (TV, radio, and M/W towers up to 2000 ft.) and provides civil works, special foundations, and feasibility studies, supervision of construction and in-depth physical inspection of structures.

Structural Systems Technology, Inc. is one of a very select few companies with the experience and capability to design, engineer, manufacture, and install towers up to 2000 ft. In addition SST has the equipment and knowledge to engineer and install the largest and most difficult antennas manufactured today.

Design and analysis of structures is based on rigorous computer structural analysis using Staad Pro III for Self-Supporting towers and a high capacity proprietary computer program, written exclusively for SST, for Guyed Towers. Projects are undertaken on a consulting basis or on a design, supply and install turnkey basis.
